Lorna was just lovely. Very professional and also showed good empathy. Felt very safe with her and comforted. Thank you.
Suggested improvements
The staff should be paid more. Lorna never mentioned money or work conditions but I imagine the staff do not receive high salaries. They should.

Staff very kind, caring and helpful and nothing has been too much trouble in keeping mum comfortable. I cannot raise the staff highly enough for their care and patience.
Suggested improvements
The information give to me by the hospital before discharge seemed very different to the assessment made at SPH. When mum actual. The medications she was on seemed to be changed on admission and I was a little worried that there was no continuity following discharge. It may have been helpful to discuss with a doctor.

We couldn’t have asked for better care for our Mum. Everyone we interacted with was gentle, kind, knowledgeable and professional a difficult balance to achieve, but managed perfectly by all of the staff.

I really enjoyed the chat classes being able to talk to others with same outcome. Shame they stopped after a few weeks. The Ot Caroline that ran them on zoom was professional but fun.
